As a part of the academic calendar events, The Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing conducted a workshop on Critical Care Nursing-2019.

Dr. Baby Kavitha, Mr. Krishna Kumar, Mr. Senthil Kumar, and Mrs. Renuga discussed in detail about the following topics

• Handling emergencies in Critical Care Unit-Nurses’ role
• Defibrillation/ Cardioversion
• Management of poisoning and antidotes
• Setting up of Ventilator/ troubleshooting
• Antidote exhibition was also conducted
